Carlton H. Brown, Sr.
Mr. Brown earned his Bachelor’s degree at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, and his Associate degree in Construction Management at Cuesta Community College.

Carlton is a real estate investor and has been licensed as a manufactured home salesperson. He is the Founder and President of High Desert Realtist for Democracy in Housing, NAREB Chapter in Victorville which has a team of respected advocates of our industry in the real estate profession.
Mr. Brown is also the President and CEO of Complete Home Buyers, LLC. As an active member of NAREB since 2009, Carlton leads the NAREB Education Committee since 2010. In 2019, he's the Past President of NAREB San Diego Chapter for Realtist (NAREBSD) and he is a current board member of CAREB Region 15. Mr. Brown also became the Western Regional VP of Southern California in 2020-2021.
A lifelong entrepreneur, he's the owner of a corporation, Green Sustainable Solutions & Consultants which underscores his passion for energy efficient building. Carlton earned the following designations: BPI Building Analyst, Solar Heating Installation, EverBlue LEED, ESP LEED (Energy Efficiency Sales Professional), and CCSE at the Center for California Sustainable Energy in San Diego. He also completed Solar Sales, Design, & Estimation, Green Building and Retrofits, and Pre-Apprenticeship Training at Mira Costa College.
An environment advocate with a mission to make a difference in someone’s life, Mr. Brown founded a non-profit organization, Petrahouse, Inc. that aims to provide long-term sustainable housing solutions to guide and support the most vulnerable individuals and families.
Mr. Carlton Brown is a 35-year Deacon at the Church of God in Christ in Southern California and is a Faith-based Committee from 2019-2021.
Deirdre McFarland
Deirdre McFarland completed Associates Degree in Real Estate with a 3.8 GPA at Victor Valley College, Victorville, California. Her real estate classes include Real Estate Economics, Real Estate Office Administration, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Practices and Principles.

She is a licensed California Realtor, a California Notary Public, and a Certified Loan Closing Agent.

Leonard Milstein
Leonard Milstein provides real estate services, representing buyers and sellers. He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from U.C.L.A and a doctorate degree in law from the University of Santa Clara. Leonard Milstein practiced law for over 30 years, including owning and managing up to three law offices.

Mashalle Jones
Mashalle Jones works as a Real Estate Independent Contractor in Legacy Realty. She is also currently employed in Community of San Bernardino Hospital as a Tele Clerk/Department Support Assistant.
Ms. Jones took General Ed in Victorvalley College with 2.8 GPA. She has ACLS/BLS/BART Certification and a CNA/LVN Applicant.

Crystal Barry
Crystal Barry is a licensed associate broker with Warburton Properties, one of the Inland Empire's top real estate companies. She brings to the team previous customer service experience within the sales and service industries, which enables her to ensure her clients' goals are met. As a California homeowner, Crystal knows how important freedom and security can be to your family.
After earning her MBA, Crystal began looking for a career that would allow her to devote herself to her family and also fulfill her desire to make a difference in people's lives. That is why she chose to work in the Real Estate field. As a homeowner, it became her passion to help others realize the importance of homeownership and its impact on generational wealth. She is driven by a desire to make a positive impact on others, and it is this dedication that drives her to take on any real estate challenge.

Tiffany Pesonen
Tiffany Pesonen holds a Master of Science Degree in Security Technologies - Critical Infrastructure from University of Minnesota - Twin Cities Campus, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix - San Marcos Campus.

She is a graduate of Associate of Arts in Administration of Justice and Associate of Arts in Humanities from Palomar Community College/Saddleback Community College. Tiffany also studied abroad and finished Associate of Arts in International Language - Spanish.

In 2018, Tiffany became a Licensed Phlebotomy Technician and in 2020, she graduated with a degree in Associate of Sicence in Respiratory Therapy.

Her work experience includes Healthcare, Real Estate, and Operations Management/Human Resources.

Gifted with a wealth of knowledge, Tiffany also loves to do volunteer activities. She participates in the “Toys for Tots” and “Adopt a Child” programs every December. She also participates in church activities like the Grace Church Trunk or Treat and the Pier Outreach.
Lisa McElroy
My name is Lisa McElroy. I am a people person who loves getting together with family and friends. I have an AS degree in Business and am currently working on a BA in Business Administration.

My work experience includes working for a non-profit organization where I was a supervisor of men who had just gotten out of prison after doing five, ten, twenty, even forty years. it was a challenge, but I enjoyed it and I grew because of it. I also realized my ability to be a great leader.

Currently, I work in the Dean's office at Victor Valley College. My favorite part of my job is interacting with others and offering exceptional customer service.

I know very little about NAREB but I am extremely excited to be a part of this program and look forward to great success in my role as 1st Vice President of the High Desert Realtist!!
Sherry Walker
My name is Sherry Walker I’m currently attending Victor Valley College where I will receive the certificate. I need to get my real estate license. Then I will also get my associate degree in Real Estate. I have been working as a loan processor and loan signing also. I have my credit repair company. I have been in real estate for over 30 plus years.
Sabrina Carnell-Williams
Sabrina Carnell-Williams hold a Masters degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.), International Global Studies from University of Phoenix. Ms. Carnell-Williams is the President of Grant It First Consulting Services. She provides high-quality professional consulting services for non-profits, small business owners, community organizations and individuals. Her services focus on seeking grants for projects/programs that are major concerns throughout most communities and nationwide.
Her goal is getting to know the organization's needs and priorities to provide consulting services, research, submit proposals and writing a winning application. She has extensive, qualified experience in the specific areas of expertise your project demands.

Gabriel Mosley
Gabriel Mosley is a licensed Realtor® / Associate. He is also the Founder and President of Mosley Aviation Services and a Certified Flight Instructor and Advanced Ground Instructor.
He began flight training in 2004 while in high school. In 2012, he had the opportunity to fly as a safety pilot with Chalk2 LLC, flying in a chase aircraft for general atomics unmanned aircraft program. In 2016, he also enrolled in the Commercial Flight Program at Mt. Sac.
Gabriel gained experience from being a Private Pilot Ground Instructor at Rotors and Wings (141 Ground School) in Laverne, CA from 2016 to 2017. He was a Program Coordinator and Instructor at Excelsior Charter Group in Victorville, CA from 2017 to 2019.
In his nearly 17 years of flight experience, Gabriel logged over 500 hours as Pilot in Command flying cross country in aircraft varying from Cessna 150, 172, 210 and Mooney Executive. Through complex airspace systems, he learned to effectively lead and serve as a pilot in a crew environment.
Dr. Lorena Newson
Dr. Lorena Newson, holds over 15 years of Higher Education experience as an academic administrator and faculty member. Her professional and academic experience spans from public to private 2 & 4 year colleges and universities.

Dr. Newson holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Loyola Marymount University, a Master’s degree from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, and a Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California (USC).
​
She currently serves as the Dean of Guided Pathways and Professional Learning at Victor Valley College (VVC) and works diligently every day to create and cultivate thriving communities. Dr. Newson is connected to several initiatives focused on wealth generation and community building for underrepresented communities of color. Her primary area of focus is closing the wealth gap for historically marginalized and disenfranchised communities.

She joins the board after relocating from Los Angeles to Victorville and looks forward to expanding financial and educational opportunities to families of the high desert.
