Carlton H. Brown, Sr. is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to promoting sustainable housing and economic empowerment. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an Associate’s degree in Construction Management from Cuesta Community College.
Mr. Brown is a licensed manufactured home salesperson and a VA Rep Certified Military and Veteran Housing Counselor. He is the Founder of Team on Fire Academy, Inc., and a proud member of Keller Williams Realty, where he received the KW Millionaire Club Award in 2023.
An advocate for professional growth, Mr. Brown has been involved with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) since 2009, University of NAREB member for 6 years, President of the NAREB San Diego Chapter (2019), and Western Regional Vice President for Southern California (2020–2021). He is the current chairperson of California Association of Real Estate Brokers (CAREB).
He also contributes his expertise in Marketing and Maintenance operations at Cal Coast Property Management, Inc., and is an active member of the California Association of Black Real Estate Professionals (CABREP).
Driven by innovation and sustainability, Mr. Brown leads Green Sustainable Solutions, providing energy-efficient building solutions. His credentials include BPI Building Analyst, Solar Heating Installation Specialist, Energy Efficiency Sales Professional (ESP), and LEED accreditation through EverBlue. A strong advocate for social impact, he founded Petrahouse, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to creating sustainable housing for vulnerable individuals and families. Additionally, Mr. Brown is the Founder and served as the Past President of High Desert Realtist.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Brown has served faithfully as a Deacon for over 35 years with the Church of God in Christ in Southern California and previously as a member of its Faith-Based Committee (2019–2021).
