Mr. Carlton Brown earned his Bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and his Associate's degree in Construction Management from Cuesta Community College.

A seasoned real estate investor, Mr. Brown is licensed as a manufactured home salesperson and has additional expertise as a VA Rep Certified Military and Veteran Housing Counselor. He is the Founder of Team on Fire Academy, Inc., and a valued member of Keller Williams Realty, where he was honored with the KW Millionaire Club award in 2023. Additionally, Mr. Brown served as the Past President of High Desert Realtist.

As an active member of NAREB since 2009, Carlton has led the NAREB Education Committee since 2010. In 2019, he served as the President of the NAREB San Diego Chapter for Realtists (NAREBSD). He is also a current board member of CAREB Region 15. Mr. Brown held the position of Western Regional VP of Southern California from 2020 to 2021.

With a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Brown is the owner of Green Sustainable Solutions & Consultants, a firm dedicated to energy-efficient building solutions. His extensive professional qualifications include certifications as a BPI Building Analyst, Solar Heating Installation Specialist, and Energy Efficiency Sales Professional (ESP), along with LEED credentials through EverBlue. He has also completed advanced studies in Solar Sales, Design & Estimation, Green Building and Retrofits, and Pre-Apprenticeship Training at Mira Costa College.

Committed to environmental advocacy and social impact, Mr. Brown founded Petrahouse, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides long-term sustainable housing solutions for vulnerable individuals and families.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Brown has served as a Deacon for over 35 years at the Church of God in Christ in Southern California and was a member of the Faith-Based Committee from 2019 to 2021.
