Miriam Fajardo studied Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in the Philippines. For more than 15 years, she worked with different BPO companies, servicing various businesses such as title insurance and car leasing. Her work experience includes technical training, supervision, and team management. Before shifting her career to freelancing, she was a Channel Manager handling operations.​

As an independent contractor, she works directly with business owners in the US and in Canada. Ms. Fajardo values customer service, quality and integrity. She finds it extremely rewarding to receive good feedback and referrals from her clients. She also welcomes any ideas for improvement.​

She loves to spend quality time with her family. Through life's challenging times, she holds on to her faith that "God is always in control."
